RETURNS

For orders within the U.S., we are happy to process returns on full priced items (including items purchased with the 10% off newsletter code or affiliate code) within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@lazysun.com with your order number. If the order is eligible for a return, we will send a return label to your email, and $10 will be deducted from your return amount for the return label. Original postage will not be refunded.

All items on sale (discounted more than 20%) are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.

Due to sharing inventory between our website and in-store locations, we do not offer direct exchanges.

International orders for full priced items can be returned but will require the customer to facilitate their own postage back to our facility.

We do not accept returns on apothecary, cookware, drinkware, or undergarments.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
