When will my order be processed?

Online orders are processed out of our Park City, UT (Mountain Standard Time) retail location. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders that are placed before noon MST Monday through Friday will typically go out the same day. Orders placed after noon MST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

Although we make every effort to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, occasionally we may not have inventory available to completely fulfill your order. If we discover an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and refund your initial form of payment.

What about customs?

The duration of clearance time in customs varies by location and out of our control. The customer is responsible for paying duties and taxes, which may be as high as 30% of your order value. Duties and taxes are assessed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. 

International orders that are refused at delivery become abandoned in your country, and unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund for refused orders

What are my shipping options in the US?

We offer Economy Shipping (3 - 8 business days) for $5, and Express Shipping (1 - 3 business days) for $25.

What about shipping internationally?

We offer Economy International (6 - 18 business days) for $25, and Economy Express (2 - 5 business days for $40.

We are unable to ship to Russia at this time.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the final transit times for international orders. Please note that since COVID-19, there have been delays in transit and customs with First Class Mail.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email shipping confirmation that will include your tracking number. If you have any issues or questions with tracking, please email with your order number.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, AfterPay, and Shop Pay. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated based on the current tax rate in the state where order is being placed from.

How can I make a return or exchange?

Return Policy

For orders within the U.S., we are happy to process returns on full priced items (including items purchased with the 10% off newsletter code or affiliate code) within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number. If the order is eligible for a return, we will send a return label to your email, and $10 will be deducted from your return amount for the return label. Original postage will not be refunded.

All items on sale (discounted more than 20%) are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.

Due to sharing inventory between our website and in-store locations, we do not offer direct exchanges.

International orders for full priced items can be returned but will require the customer to facilitate their own postage back to our facility.

We do not accept returns on apothecary, cookware, drinkware, or undergarments.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email if you have placed an order and wish to cancel prior to receiving a shipping confirmation email. Please note that orders submitted prior to noon MST Monday through Friday we try and process the same day.
